i use max 2010.
when i want import an fbx file with above 20 animation it only import one animation.
how can correct it?

When you import your animated object, you need to split it up and define all the animations found in that fbx-file. Have a look at the docs here for more info:

when i add prefab to scene its texture that is in max dont apply.
how can i apply textures?
that means when i import my asset then textures and skins dont import.why?
i import an fbx from 3dmax but all it is gray.
If you place the textures in the same folder as the model, they should automatically be assigned, but you could also choose to “embed media” when you export. Also, make sure your model only uses the standard material in 3dsmax. Custom materials could often screw up the export.
