Maximum capacity for many low-traffic games

Hi, I am developing a game which does not need many traffic to work, maximum one string each 1 or 2 or seconds in games of two players only.

I wonder, if there is many people around the world playing to this low-traffic, two-people games, would it be able to manage it? Or would it fail?

You are asking this question too broadly. If it‘s about traffic, run the numbers. Bytes per second per game per user and then see how much bandwidth the server would need. Then look what bandwidth server hosting services offer and hoe much that costs.
