Hi everybody,
I am still new to unity and I thing I am doing something wrong so i hope someone will help me.
I created a scene in maya and imported it into Unity. Then I added the prefab to the unity scene. Now, when I make a change in Maya, the objects are automatically updated and that is what I want. Now, if I attach a script to some object, I loose the prefab link. At this point, making any changes in maya will not update my objects in the scene. Or maybe I am doing something wrong.
So, how to import an asset from maya, add some scripts to it (or something else as soon as we do not change the objects themselves) and then still be able to modify them in maya and get the update into Unity.
