Measuring XYZ coordinates in Unity vs in real life.


I want my humanoid model in unity to move in the same way as I do in the real life. For example If I move my hand 50 cm to right in real then I want my model also to move hand 50cm inside unity.
Basically I want to make sure the model moves exactly same distance and direction as I move in real life.

Is there a way to measure the distance and direction in unity as per real life movement?
