Mecanim and Shuriken tutorials

Looked to see if this was asked but it seems like it hasn’t. I’m looking for a tutorial for Mecanim and Shuriken that is geared towards the free version of Unity 4.0. I found the video on Mecanim by Will Goldstone (http://video.unity3d.com/video/7362044/unity-40-mecanim-animation-tutorial)but I’ve been told it has a lot of Pro options mentioned that I don’t have in the free version of Unity.

Haven’t had much luck with Shuriken tutorials as of late.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Try these below. Also, you can use most of the options in Mechanim in Unity 4 with the free version to the extent of my knowledge. I don’t know of any drawback to this as of now.
