Mecanim idle root floating up

My character is floating up while the idle animation is played. When I check the box for Root Transform Position (Y) / Bake into Pose, it is all fine. But for the my jump animation, the problem is still there, because I need the root motion in y-axis.

Is it possible that my rig is broken? Because the root bone isn’t at (0,0,0)?


Is there a workaround?
