Mecanim Root Motion acting up

Hello ladies and gents! I’ve been using root motion to animate my character, however it doesn’t like to apply the laws of gravity to its general function!

The animations use curves, so I don’t know how I could effectively ‘bake into pose’ with curves. Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

@Jawneer - Shouldn’t any physics be applied to the character collider - instead of the character animation?
