Mecanim with Rigidbody walking in mid-air


I have a new setup character with a rigidbody, capsule collider and a very basic movement controller. (I am not using a character controller)

The animations work fine but when my character goes up a slope and jump from the sides, it doesn’t fall to the ground but keeps on walking at the same level as the slope.

Any ideas on what I can look at?

This fixed it.
