Mediation and low eCPM

Hi,
My eCPM is about 0.42 and sometimes lower. I got some views yesterday and the views are not even the half of the views today, but i earned more, because of the eCPM. Why is the eCPM so low?
After I started my Project, the eCPM was sometimes about 2-4$.

My question about mediation is, that I can enable mediation and link with google AdMob and then the system will search for the best eCPM from AdMob or Unity Ads? So that I maybe get a higher eCPM?
When the eCPM is 0 there are 0 views, but if i get more views, the eCPM drops. (more views = lower eCPM)
Why is it so, because it should exactly turn around (more views = more eCPM).

It’s the best to sign in to every named Ads Company, so that you can choose the best eCPM from more Ads?
