The link shows a screenshot. Checking the main site at http://www.stefanmensen.nl/ shows something that loads up slow. Its still loading up now for me.
Anyway, the pack does seem rather simple, things that most of us have already. Toss it around a Unity map, and let people walk around and see what it looks like. Its cheap, so you should get some sales.
Many might be waiting until they get everything else finished in a game, before buying any models. That’s what I plan on doing.

Salibrate, the medieval form of celebrate, or just a misspelling? 
Anyway, it says high quality models, but doesn’t list the polygon count. You might want to have lower quality ones as well for faster running, and for those who want the models to be of a lower level of detail the farther away they are, that preferred to simply having buildings vanish if a certain distance away.
You said the other pack was only $5 because only one person had bought it. Same thing here? A lot of people have that sort of building already though, from other model packs they bought previously, and there are even some free models of that sort to be found around the net. You also have simple square structures, which artists can easily make, with the same textures you find everywhere.
The safari pack looks very nice though! You certainly have talent. If I ever convinced myself I could make an entire game with Unity at my skill level, I’d certain buy it.

Indeed this pack didn’t sold any copy so i try it this way it’s a great success with my marine pack
and i will soon add the polycount of this pack
