Can anyone give me a free model of a medieval town or a website where I can get one.

You might be able to find something for free on Turbosquid, but if your willing to spend a bit of money, there was a medieval village pack on the forums here somewhere.
Thanks but I checked turbosquid. I was thinking about using ‘city engine’ so I downloaded the 30 day free trial, when it finished downloading my virus protection deleted it because it said it was a high risk virus.
If you’re not in a hurry, I’d suggest learning a bit about modeling. The village doesn’t have to be super highly detailed, Oblivion-like.
I recently had the exact same thing to do for a client. I started with a bit of research about villages in the late 13th century, found some interesting maps and then sketched an aerial top-down view of a basic layout of the village. Firstly, you’d have to build the roads - remember, always start from the center of the village to the outskirts. Then, after having a general overview of what the roads and paths look like, I placed basic primitives adjacent to the roads. I started modeling the buildings (I had to do 30-40 unique buildings), then replaced the dummies. If all looks good, you can start detailing the scene a bit - trees, props, characters (if any) and so on.
