Build your own starship fleet with the Mega Starship Builder Kit. The kit contains 210 3D starship component model prefabs in the following categories: bridges, hulls, engines, struts, weapons, cargo bays, cockpits, fins, wings, and misc. Also included are 20 pre-made starships to give examples of the endless possibilities of the Mega Starship Builder Kit. Each material comes with 3 levels of damage textures and simple scripts for controlling the damage on your constructed starships. A simple tutorial document is included in the kit describing how to build your first starship using the components included in this kit.

It is lacking in your pack what is lacking in 99.99% (Take a ride on the Store and you will see) of pack of the same kind : landing gears (yes, even spaceships need this stuff) and rotary engines for landing and vertical takeoff.
The ultimate spaceship (or flying thing) pack is not for now.
I’d be happy to add those to this package in the next update. Thank you very much for the suggestions. Also coming in the next update is 3 additional texture skins for all the components. So that will make a total of 4 unique looks to choose from. Thanks again.
Are the red glow areas able to be customized with a color picker script or something like that to give more variation to the ships with the same build? The video and the demo always leaves them red, but maybe that’s just to keep things straightforward in the demo.
I dropped the price to $80.00. I will update the Mega Starship Builder Pack with additional texture/material packs. And release a Dropship Expansion/Standalone Pack with addition starship components separately.

$80 is into the range that I’m willing to pay for it as a hobbyist that will probably never actually ship a game. I’m not saying it’s not worth more, because I’m sure you’ve poured a lot into it, it’s more that it’s what I’d be willing to pay especially given the competing space ship products on the asset store. I’d probably be willing to pay more if I was working on something I truly intended to sell.
I didn’t say anything about the original price when it released because I expected the price to come down to be more in line with your other products and figured I’d just be patient. I was actually expecting somewhere around 2x the price of your Starship Pack, or $50.
Your lower price point is what has previously made your products the “buy all the packs as I get money”. Once your price point is similar to the other couple of vendors that sell space ships, it’s not as attractive to me. But selling stuff to me in $5 and $10 increments - I can spend a couple hundred $$ over a few months and not even realize it until I reflect on it.
Message received. Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it. I’ll bring the price down to $50 and leave it there forever. There is a ton of models in this pack… but I want it to be available to everyone that wants it and still be able to pay my bills. lol
Awesome thank you so much! I’ve been working really hard to get both the new textures for the Mega Starship Builder Kit and the Dropship Builder Kit complete. Hoping to have both submitted by Sunday night… is the current goal.
