That happens most typically if you have some degenerate triangles in your model. A degenerate, remember, is one that has zero (or very very very small) area. For example, scale a box down to zero width, length and height, and it’s inertia tensor cannot be computed. If nothing bad is happening in your game, then just ignore the error.
