Mesh Is rotated unintentionally!

I keep making objects in blender and when I import them into unity, the game object is fine, but the mesh which comes with it is orintating wrong - it’s rotated to the side, so when I add a mesh collider, it doesn’t fit!

Also, on other meshes, not only is it at an angle, but the mesh is also distorted!! Completely! The object is fine, but the mesh is completely wack!
