Mesh is screwed up after using an animation from different object

I have a default model that I used to do all the animations.
Once I created the new model and imported it into the project, I created its animation avatar and used the standard controller that I was using for my default model.
But once the animations are played, the new model looks like this:

What could be causing this?
The animations are synced but the mesh is all screwed up.

I’m not an expert on mesh deformation and animations, however this looks like a scale issue to me. Check the scale of the imported mesh, if it came from blender and the export settings are not set correctly or the scale isn’t applied the scale can come in as 100,100,100

@MickyX How do I fix the scale since it is 100,100,100
