Mesh will drive through

Hey guys,…

today I created a new scene with special parts. Watch the image i´d attached to get an idea what i mean.
I created 2 cylinder in maya (FBX) and a cube mesh with little rounded corners. After importing it to unity i attached to all objects a rigid body. The little planes get an hing and box collider, too. This was connected to the cylinders. I duplicated this little cubes 59 times… are you getting it ? Yes its a Split-flap display.
But now there are a big problem… At the moment the cube from the top is falling down (when a minute or a second will turn to change the display number) it will drive throug the mesh at the buttom… you know what I mean ?! if not watch the second picture… This is a huge Problem - i think!

I thought, maybe unity ignores the collider of the buttom because of the high speed of the falling cube. but I tried to change the value of the physics settings to any value but it hadnt changed anything.
Do you have an idea?!

hmm it´s so complex…
no I also changed the “Time.fixedDeltaTime” to 0.0005 … so the physic update time is extremly small, too.
But ,… as you think … its not working -.-"
I also thought, that the whole scene is maybe to small, … but it doesnt change anything… scale * 100 or scal/100 doesnt make a change… :frowning:

do you have any other Idea ?!?!
