Meshes scattered with PolyBrush appearing far above the parent mesh

I have a mesh that was an fbx export and has been completely unpacked. I am attempting to use polybrush to scatter grass meshes onto the surface however when I do the position of the grass is usually greater than 40k in all axis. Is there an issue with my mesh or a polybrush setting I am missing?

I am using Unity 2021.2.141f1 and polybrush 1.1.3.

Been having the same problem. In my case fixing the mesh on which we paint’s scale fixed my problem. As in make it 1. If you don’t want to change the scale of your already painted model, change the scale import settings of the mesh. Import a second one. Paint over it. Delete it and you should be done.
