Hi there, I emailed a couple of weeks ago asking about a transfer of a unity license to my new macbook, my email address is tom@playerthree.net and was wondering how the enquiry was going? Any updates?
Don’t mean to be pushy but I’m keen to get my pro license back so I can continue working on my projects on my new machine

Please e-mail sales@unity3d.com… putting this on the forums doesn’t make things happen any faster than the “official” channels.
A couple weeks sounds a bit long, but it’s the holidays and most of us are out of the office until Monday.

Tom, the only email I see from you is one you sent on Dec. 24th saying you’d previously written us, but I found no prior email. I’ll look into this right now for you and get in touch with you privately (PM or email).
In the future I’ll agree with Ethan in that posting here on the forums isn’t the best path to take. If you’re writing us at either sales@unity3d.com or support@unity3d.com and not getting a reply then please, by all means ping me directly (PM, email, whatever) and I’ll make sure you get taken care of.
