We can't assign a new GUID because the asset is in an immutable folder. The asset will be ignored.

The same error occurs in Unity version 2020.3.48. Will you fix this issue in the official 4.12.1 release? Our project is based on 2020, and upgrading to 2021 involves many unknown factors.
I had tested this one recently and 2020.3.48 was fixing the issue:
Could you provide more information to reproduce your case?
A workaround could be to remove the PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy since this isn’t being used by the 2020.3 editor
