Usually when someone replies to me in comment (without linking to my username) I only see it when I think to go back to the question.
The following are my notification preferences:
It doesn’t look like it’s possible to get notifications to replies unless you want to read every comment ever posted?
Any advice on how to manage replies?

This has been a problem for quite a while (at least 6 months) :
The powers that be have been made aware of this problem on other meta questions as well ( most recent example : [META]When will send message in the moderation queue be fixed? - Unity Answers ). It’s all part of the continuing problem where there is little communication/interaction between: Unity/dZone, and the users who basically run UA.
