Metallics after bake are black

Please see the baked image and the realtime image below. You’ll notice I have all my lightprobes and reflection probes properly baked. Yet all my metallics look terrible. I can’t put a finger on why that is. Even my dynamic objects do not have a proper metallic. If I point a real time light in the scene, you’ll see that they get screwed up as well.

However, when I place a point light, the dark portions of the metallic are now fine:

This makes me think the light probes do not actually contribute to the metallic portions of the material? Honestly, I’m at a loss. I’d love some help!

I’m having a similar problem, though I didn’t have the problem a few bakes ago…

Light probes can only capture low frequency lighting information (Think highly blurred). See Chapter 5: Missing specular response for a fix.
