Metro tunnel

Hello guys, I'm pretty new to unity, and especially to level design, and I have a little problem. I'm creating a game, and I need to make some metro tunnels. And here's the problem. I'm not quite sure, which way should I do this. As you know, metro tunnel is build with many repetitive stuff (rails and others), and it would be hard to copy-past every single rail, etc.. I already made a simple tunnel in blender, but i don't know if this is a best way of doing this. So here is simple(or not) question: which way would you create this tunnel?
