Minimum Scale (Zoom) on Game Tab is 1.5

I would assume it should be 1.
Not sure if it really matters, but the thing is that the game is very different between the small window (when editing) and the “Maximize on Play” window (that’s always true), and I think in my case it’s really hurting me because I’m zoomed by default to 1.5, so I’m missing more elements in the camera space than I should.

I’m using the Beta version 2018.2.0b2.

Does anyone have the same problem? Is there a way I can configure the minimum Scale (zoom)?

I cannot downgrade since my project breaks and this is a real pain.

Same issue here, loading a 2017.1.0f3 solution into a newer 2018.2.3f1 Unity version.

Any ideas?

Found the answer here:

Uncheck “Low Resolution Aspect Ratios” under the aspect ratio drop down list.

Glad I found this, thanks. I still don’t know what that checkbox is actually for or what the use case is. Very odd naming.
