(Minor) 2018.2 Assembly definition root namespace not used when creating new Editor Window via menu

The Assets/Create/UI Toolit/Editor Window menu item does not apply the root namespace specified in the containing assembly definition when generating the contents of the *.cs file.

Minor UX bug.
