Minor Unity Hub interface ergonomic problem

Hi,

This is my first post on this forum. I don’t think the small issue I am going to raise has been discussed, but please correct me if I’m wrong.

I’m currently teaching Unity 3d in college, so I have to constantly manage the opening / closing of countless students projects. The Unity Hub interface is not very efficient for this kind of tasks, but that’s not the point I want to discuss for now.

Opening and closing a lot a projects, I came to realise how bad is the ergonomics of the Projet view in the Hub. The clickable (hidden) clickable areas are not consistent (see the provided image).

The most frustrating to me, as it happens a lot, is that it’s really easy to miss the “3 little dots” button on the right when I want to clic to acces the menu to remove a project from the list, and thus… starting the project I want to remove…
I now it’s a minor thing, but It is frustratingly confusing and time consuming for no reason. And I’m sure it’s really easy to fix for the developpers of the Hub.

Please fix!

Hello @Yog-Sototh ! Thank you for using Unity to teach your students game development !

The issue you raised is known by the team… in fact, each row in the project list table is supposed to be clickable to open the project except the zones that are overridden by other behaviours (like opening a dropdown). A lot of our users are reporting this UI issue and we will be remaking the whole interface of the hub this year. I will communicate your request with our designer to be considered in the next generation of the Hub product.
