Mirrors and reflections for VR

Unity 2022.03.27 using URP 14.0.11 breaks the mirrors and portals when published to Quest. (it looks fine in the editor)
Currently investigating but it looks to be a hard one to fix :frowning:
Will send a bug report to Unity.
