Misfortune
3D low Poly Tower Defense Introduction
This is my first real game and I’ve always used it to learn and improve my skills. I started with assets, but at some point I wanted more of my own in my game. So I learned Blender and created the models and textures all by myself.
Story
The story takes the player through a series of battles. As a starting point, the player knows that magic was once everywhere in the world. The races of elves, dwarves and orcs lived in harmony with each other. Various circumstances led to the collapse of magic and from then on it could only be used in crystals. As a result, the animals transformed and new, unknown enemies appeared. The player solves the riddle behind the collapse of magic and is drawn into a mysterious world.
Gameplay
The gameplay is divided into two phases. The player can set up outposts in two areas and the level of the outposts determines how many units the player can place in the area. After the start, the Enemy Spawn phase begins. The player’s units can be killed, but spawn again after each wave.
As soon as a wave has been defended, a text-based adventure begins in which some of the characters must find the source of the attackers and eliminate them. The player is offered up to three possible answers. Depending on the player’s decision, destroying the enemy camp takes 5-X rounds. If the enemy camp is not destroyed after 10 waves, the attackers are overrun and the game is lost.
Graphics
All graphics were created by myself. I am still creating the models of the players and enemy units. Until then, these are placeholders.
I have already revised the graphics several times. I am now satisfied with the results.
Feedback
I would be very pleased to receive feedback. The game can also be played as an internal test via the Google Play console. If you would like to try this out, please send me a PM.
The mage draws his energy from the flying crystal during the animation and then throws a magic ball with his left hand. The colour of the crystal changes depending on the magic element selected
sorry it took so long for me to come back I had some things to do.
I think because it took too long the link expired so maybe if you resend it I can test your game:smile:
I’m afraid the link hasn’t expired, because it’s always the same. Unfortunately, it only works if I enter your gmail address in the list of internal testers.
Just to ease your worries a little. This is what it looks like in the Play Console.
