Suddenly all our apps in the dashboard are missing but somehow the voice chat service is still working. As you can imagine we need to have access back to our apps dashboard.
Tried to contact support through mail but got an auto reply saying there is no longer email support.
Had to create a new user in a Game Engine Portal we don´t have ever intention to use just to get support in a forum, this is total chaos and a lack of respect coming from Unity / Vivox.
Can someone please from support contact us?

Can you try fully logging out from the site and logging back in?
When trying to access with the registered email we have, it says we have to create an Organization, as if we never had one, so we cant access the app dashboard which is nuts.
Hello @malcriado , the auto-reply you received is part of our transition to Unity. It should include a link to a knowledge base article that includes information about how to use the forums, but also how to submit tickets to the new system. The new ticket submission process uses an online form rather than an email address.
Thanks for the info, sad thing is that someone from your company reached trying to give me support but when i reply, same thing happens, get the auto reply.
