Missing Animation Component with Unity 4.

Using 3.X, when I instantiate an model it came with an Animation component with his animations clips added.
The same don’t happen with Unity 4. Am I doing something wrong?

In Unity 4, you can choose to import the model’s rig as Legacy, Humanoid, or Generic (or None). If you import as Legacy, you’ll get an Animation component (legacy animation system). If you import as Humanoid or Generic, you’ll get an Animator component (new Mecanim animation system).
