Missing Scene view Draw Modes (Mipmaps, Overdraw, etc.)

Is there a way, for us to enable or implement the Miscellaneous Draw Modes that seem to be missing from the Scene view, at least with Unity Editor 2019.41f1 and URP 7.3.1? Are these modes coming back, or already back in 2020?

Specifically, I want to use the Mipmaps view right now, which Aras documented a while ago: A way to visualize mip levels · Aras' website

It looks like the workaround is to temporarily select None for the pipeline asset in the active quality setting, set the desired Draw Mode in the Scene view, and then reset the pipeline asset in the quality setting… but I can’t ask artists to do this, so I’d want to have the Draw Mode active with URP active.

It’s on our roadmap to implement a debug window like the one HDRP uses: https://portal.productboard.com/8ufdwj59ehtmsvxenjumxo82/c/22-render-pipeline-debug-window

If you want to, you can vote on it to increase the prioritization of it

Is it still on the road map to give access to all Miscellaneous settings Draw Mode in URP ?
Still can’t see Mimaps in editor 2021.3.26 with URP 12.1.11
