Missing the license notice of mbed TLS and libflac?

Hi, teams,

Good day!
To my understanding, Unity leveraged the mbed TLS and libflac to do the development of the secure communication features and FLAC audio files support separately. However, we could not find the license notice of mbedtls and libflac on the “legal.txt” which is included in Unity Editor install. Could you please shed some light on this matter?
The reason why we asked the question is that our software includes UnityPlayer.dll, and a third-party tool (scanning UnityPlayer.dll) found the mbedtls and libflac without adding the license notices.
