Im using Unity 2018.1.9f2 brand new install new project open the package manager and see this. I dont use unity im doing this following an ancient tutorial and im told there is supposed to be a add package button in the top left but it does not exist and since this version of unity is so old i cannot find anything about this online or on this forum. it could be user error but i have no idea how clicking one dropdown could be a skill issue so some help would be apreciated.
