Missing Unity Interface

I can’t see my Unity interface when I log on it’s just black I must of moved the windows to other areas and now I can’t find them, how do I reset unity back to the original interface?

Try resetting the interface by choosing a new Layout. In the menu go to “Window/Layouts/…”.
