Mixamo Animation Store - Stuck with "Waiting for Server" when downloading a new animation

I bought two animations last night from the Mixamo Animation Store. Both animations are stuck wtih the message “Waiting for server” when I click the Download button in the asset store window.

I’ve been trying for hours to download these animations, but nothing changes.

I am online, and I can download new assets from the Unity asset store, but the Mixamo animations are just stuck.

Have the server issues resolved? Mixamo animations purchased through the Unity Asset Store plugin go through the UAS servers. I’d suggest inquiring with the support team via assetstore@unity3d.com to see if the issue can be resolved. Be sure to get back in touch with us at support@mixamo.com if issues persist, we’ll make sure you are covered.
