Mixed light source and terrain with baked GI problem

Hello.
I am having problem using terrrain with baked light and mixed light source mode. Some square shaped “shadows” randomy occur while moving / rotating camera in editor and play mode. This “shadows” disapear while light source shadow strength is increasing.
