Hello, Does unity supports MNG's. If it is not supported do we have any other approach for adding MNG's to unity.

I use Paint Shop Pro (Jasc) 'Animator' or Gimp (I think) might do them. Anyway, load into one of those and export as AVI, then drop into assets for conversion to OGV. Also google for MNG converters
