mo3 files in unity ?

We would like to play a tracker file in unity. the problem is that xm files (which I know is supported) is too big. so I would like to use mo3 which contains ogg files.

Does anybody know if this format is supported or just how to get around the problem that .xm files are too large ?

Bump on this. Audio tools in game engines have really been lacking ever since the invention of the CD-ROM. We need much tighter control of audio tracks for music, and information about those tracks in realtime such as getting volume of a hihat track.

This is interesting, I never heard of that… It’s true that audio metadata utilities are currently lacking, and if you would care to elaborate a bit on what exists and how you would envision your usage of that in Unity, I am quite sure that @KalUnity3D would love to hear it
