Forsaken Woods is a fast Paced BulledHell Platformer Boss Rush Game, where you have to fight bosses dodging multiple projectiles and aiming you attacks. It’s a extremely challenging game, that also rate your combat perfomance.

The character is very hard to see in the images. Was that intentional to make the character blend in to the background so well?
I think your pixel art looks good. On the gameplay elements, UI assets and buttons. The particles on the other hand are not pixel art and don’t look as good, contrasting with all the well done pixel art you’ve created. This may have been intentional, though maybe if rushed a little you might consider an update with reconstructed particles made from custom created sprites/pixel art to match the overall aesthetic of the rest of the game.
