modeling island

good evening

I am creating a game that is to be on an island, so suddenly I’m going to have a field with trees texture modeling, object, building etc …

I wanted to know before you start modeling the game better if valley scene by scene, ie when the player enters a path he switches to another scene to require less memory game!

Or if it is possible to make an island with modeling on a single stage? Because my land is large that it is better?

There is no right and wrong answer. It really depends on the size of the model.
