Hi,
I have an .lxo file in my assets folder. When I overwrite that file my changes from Modo are not reflected when I re-import in Unity. Tried to delete the .dae conversion, the .lxo etc. to no avail.
Any ideas highly appreciated.

I normally export a .fbx from modo… if i’m not mistaken, Unity just does this conversion silently in the background anyway. I’ve never had any issue’s exporting as .fbx
Just be mindful, that if your asset has no animations, uncheck the import animations within the unity importer or your model may jump to weird places when you hit ‘play’.
Hope this helps…
Thanks,
Is there a reason you export to FBX and not DAE - and why convert at all when Unity, allegedly, reads LXO?
I have a follow-up question: I guess trying to make an IK rig in Modo is out of the question then?
Thanks again
