I’m currently building all my Unity assets in Modo 401, but today I’ve discovered that UV’s and Modo’s FBX refuse to work together.
Looking through the forum it seems many people have UV problems coming into Unity. Do we have a list anywhere of a pipeline that will 100% work, including importing animation? Should we start one?

Maya, Cheetah and Blender all work. You might have to use a particular exporter (in the case of Maya) or settings, but all have been used by users here.
I’m using Blender, haven’t had any problems. GusM also uses it and has posted numerous tips on how to import animations.
Pick one and give it a go.

What errors do you get?
I’ve never come a cross UV and FBX errors before, it’s always worked for me.

Doing some research into FBX let me fix the issue. More than one UV map amongst other things can give FBX issues. After re UV mapping into a single map and exporting again, it now works fine.
