Modular Scene - Lighting Issues

Hi,

I am attempting to bake lighting onto a Scene which I have built using Modular Components such as - 1x4 Walls and 1x1 Floor pieces. Each mesh is Vertex Snapped so that there are no Gaps. However when I bake lighting it ( all are static, baking with CPU ) seems to bake harsh edges and you can clearly see the seams.

I have removed textures to see if the textures were the issue, they werent.
Lighting Mode Shadow Mask & Linear.
