I need some feedback for a content pack I am releasing.
What it is
A modular content pack of shops for a commercial street. Shop fronts can be swapped around to create many variations. We want to have 6 variations of shop and 12 variations of textures, and the back buildings will have some variation as well as a bit of detail (sattelite dishes, etc). Pavement will be included.
Technical
Texture size: 1024x1024.
Poly count (approx): House 50-150 polys, Shop front 100-200.
Maps: Specular, Normal, Diffuse.
What I want to know
Would this pack be of interest to you?
What would you like to see in this pack?
How much would you value this pack at?
How many variations would you like to see?
Types of shops, recognisable brands or fictional?
Any other ideas and feedback?

Looks great! If you made some different tops, I’d totally use that!
Just a suggestion, maybe you should make the signs on the shops blank. That way, designers can smack their own labels on there and re-use the assets more frequently.

I will include the texture file to signs so you will be able to edit it.
There will also be variation on the “tops” as well.
I’m not sure what you mean when you say you want a choice of interiors?
What I mean is the choice to make it so the player can enter the shop or not. Its still a great asset so far tho.
Just a heads up:) I see that you are using real world stores, correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think you can do that without they’r permission?
I think enterable interiors would be a LOT of extra work so for this one it will only be exteriors. Maybe for a future pack extension this is isnt a bad idea.
I have no idea whether I can use real world logos or not, it certainly doesnt bother me, and I don’t think its an issue. But I am including the textures so people can cutomise them to tweak text to something they are more comfortable with.

You didnt misunderstand and I know you didnt - you’re being impudent. 
You are entitled to believe what ever you want, but I suggest being a bit more modest in the future. Don’t tell other people what they know and don’t know. I missunderstood, and had only good intentions. I suggest your read again what I wrote and take notice the tone.
I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt since you are clearly having difficulty articulating yourself thanks for your feedback though.
