Mono.dll crash when using new Rift 5.0.1

Have posted this topic in the Oculus forums as well.

Have just installed the new Oculus 5.0.1-beta and my Unity project is crashing when I run it as an executable ( works fine in Unity game screen). Error quote below.

Installation workflow:
installed runtime sdk 5.0.1
restarted computer
checked for firmware updates on rift (none needed)
deleted my OVR camera and OVR folder from project
ran Oculus Unity integration exe
added OVR camera prefab into scene

Have retried deleting the OVR camera and folder and reinstalling but same error occures. Would greatly appreicate any help.

Updates.
Previous builts work fine
The game runs with a standard camera
Have deleted my project settings folder and allowed unity to build a new one - same error.

Update. Have rolled back to previous OVR version and project works fine.
