Anyone else ever have the problem where MonoDevelop changes the filename case when saving? Seems random - sometimes it works, and sometimes saving a file called “Door.cs” will give you “door.cs”.
Happens to me often enough to be annoying but I’m not sure what triggers it or if there’s a pattern.
