monodevelop debugger not showing source

Hi,

Having opened my project on my second computer I have found that although I can attach and hit breakpoints in monodelelop it never shows me the line I am on, nor does it follow the source files if I step into etc

I have not changed any settings between now and the last time I ran it (from what I remember).

I can see variables etc but certain things dont work correctly, step into is unreliable often stepping over etc.

Has anyone got any solutions? This makes it quite difficult to debug with.

ok, as ever with these things i tried a reboot, various unity first, monodevelo first startup, reset preferences etc nothing worked. Went out for the day, came back and it now works. So, with that in mind I recommend a walk along the seafront watching huge waves break while your 3yo daughter uses your hair as reins while she sits on your shoulders…
