monodevelop didn't download how do I download it without redownloading all of unity?

I downloaded unity a little bit ago and monodevelop didn’t download with it. Is it possible to just download monodevelop or do I have to redownload all of unity to get monodevelop? If it is possible how do I do it?

You’ll need to re-download all of Unity. (I’m not sure why you say Monodevelop didn’t download with Unity.)

Download monodevelop separately, install, then go to Unity, preferences, External tools, And set External Script Editor to Browse. This will open finder, or file explorer. Find the monodevelop app and dubble click on it.
