Suddenly, MonoDevelop is no longer showing folders for UnityScript. Using Unity 5.2.0f1on OS X Yosemite.

This is only affecting some projects. On other projects, its still ok, so far. Tried reinstalling Unity but that did not fix it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Manny

I had this problem, and did the following (not sure which step was the winner, but it did fix it).

  1. Unity>Preferences>External Tools
  2. External Script Editor > Browse
  3. Found MonoDevelop app
  4. checked “Add .unityproj’s to .sln”
  5. Quit unity
  6. Relaunched unity and reopened the project
  7. Mono dev now had the Assembly-UnityScript and Assembly-UnityScript-firstpass again
