Monodevelop refactor options and F12 not working

Monodevelop (2.4) refactor options and F12 have ceased to work. I am on Windows 7. Also, I do not see the “Find references” or “Go to declaration” on right click. I’ve restarted my machine and still the same. Can you help?

I solved this by installing Monodevelop 2.6 but I cannot debug with that.
I still need help with this.

What I do to solve this is to click a class file at the monodevelop. And then it suddenly starts working ¬¬
