More Precise Movements...

I am creating an open world map, so I scaled the terrain all the way up to 30000 x 30000. Which is a little big, but I figured it would be better to be too big than too small… anyways I made all the terrain and it looks awesome, but I cant make any really precise changes… Such as a pathway texture…just because the brush size is too big. Is there any way of making the brush smaller?

No, your terrain is far too big for that. You can increase the splatmap resolution, but at 30K by 30K it won’t help. The default 2K by 2K is generally a pretty good size; you can add more terrains instead of making a single overly-large terrain.
